Savings identification and delivery

At a unitary authority in the South West of England Worked we worked with the CYP Director and her 15 person leadership team to establish a transformation programme. This identified, designed and kick-started implementation of a programme that delivered £7M of savings over 3 years. We were also asked to undertake a health check of existing change activities and led a start/stop/continue exercise of the existing portfolio to make recommendations on how to address gaps in the programme.
