Residents self-service eMarketplace for Adult Social Care

We wrote the specification, led an accelerated procurement process and implemented an online eMarketplace ICT solution in Adult Services for a London local authority. This delivered an Information & Advice portal and workflow for self-assessment, financial and support planning for SUs as part of embedding the Care Act. This was delivered as part of broader programme of change to help shape the Councils channel shift strategy to address future demographic pressures/the ageing population.
